Holding a commission in Florida as a Notary Public I have the authority to take acknowledgments, administer oaths, Wedding / Choice of Marriage Officiant: Solemnize Marriages Notary Commission or: Solemnize Marriages ULC Ordained Minister Credentials, certify the contents of a safe-deposit box, certify the Vehicle Identification Number of a motor vehicle, and perform other duties specified by law. Areas that I service: all of Levy, Dixie, Gilchrist & Citrus County and please call for other counties upon request.

Fees: Travel -(minimum) $60.00
Acknowledgments - $10.00
Oaths or affirmations - $10.00
Jurats - $10.00
Certify contents of safe deposit boxes -
Attest to photocopies of certain documents $10.00
Verifying a car VIN – Number $20.00
Wedding- (minimum) $160.00 Includes travel fee.
Note I prefer Flat Rate Fee $160.00 (includes travel fee) for: Wills, Power of Attorney, Wedding, Deeds, , etc.
& Loan Closings (because it is time consuming and I do not print loan closing papers).
In reference to price: Hardship cases will be negotiable
Note: Extra charge for printing any forms needed
Examples of picture ID needed:
Driver license or an identification card, passport, identification card issued by any branch of the armed forces of the United States.
